We had an absolute ball at the Bride Of The Year Show in the RDS over the weekend.
We were really busy and met so many new couples that were enthusiastic about getting their wedding rings custom made by us!

7/09/13 – Wedding & Honeymoon Show in the RDS

We are exhibiting at this years Wedding & Honeymoon Show. It will take place in the Main Hall (Hall 1) at the RDS on Saturday the 7th & Sunday 8th of September 2013 from 11.30am to 5.30pm.

Step into the most glamorous wedding event of the year: The Wedding & Honeymoon Show. Enjoy meeting up to 250 wedding specialists showcasing many inspirational ideas and trends for your wedding and romantic honeymoon destinations. From venues to menus, to flowers, cakes, wedding rings, video, limousines, honeymoon travel agents etc.

In a few hours you can book your entire wedding & honeymoon having met face to face with their professional service providers who will cater for your special day.

At the show we will be offering a special discount and loads of great offers, which can save you time, money and make your wedding as stress free as possible. It is a great wedding shopping day out for all.

Don’t forget that you can also see the renowned Catwalk Shows twice daily at 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

2011 – Our New iWeld Laser Machine

We are one of very few companies in Ireland that have an iWeld Laser Welder.  It helps us to perform repairs that before would have been thought to be beyond repair. We can now build and repair jewellery without any restrictions what so ever.
The Options Are Endless.

Here are some examples of repairs that are now currently possible:

• Delicate antique jewellery could very well now be repaired without risking ruin to your most cherished heirlooms.
• Precious and Semiprecious stones that are unable to take heat may now be worked on while still in there mountings due to the use of the Laser Welder.
• Dented gold bracelets can now most certainly be repaired. With the use of the Laser Welder, dents are filled and afterwords are polished, making them look like new.

2008 – Chopped The Shop

With our expanding customer base, we needed to expand our working space.  We only had a small workshop and large shop front, which wasn’t working for us any more.  And a total refit and new layout of the shop was in order.
We made the shop front smaller, created a larger state of the art designer workshop and a new consultation room.  This gave us our signature service that we have now, and allows us to give a professional friendly one on one service.

Our First Wedding Fair

We were the first jeweller to be part of the wedding fairs back when WeddingBells.ie were just setting up too.   They now run the largest wedding fairs in Ireland in the RDS twice a year.  We are glad to be still part of the whole thing as it creates great awareness of us as a small local business.  And we have improved our stand and special offers at the show ever since.

1998 – Opening in SuperValu

It feels like a millennium ago when we started trading.  Back then it was just myself and my brother Denis with our main business of manufactoring Celtic Jewellery to the trade.  But with the overseas giant manufactoring factories flooding the market, it became more and more difficult to compete and we couldn’t compete with cheaper imports so we decided to to change direction.
We then decided to focus on the wedding section and hand make wedding rings from scratch.   We still do it this way today and find its great to be able to give couples a unique service with a professional personalised ring or piece of jewellery at the end of it.
